Moyee is the Ethiopian word for mortar. Ethiopia (then Abyssinia) is the birthplace of coffee. The beans used are both Luma and Jimma, both 100% Arabica: the best available! The Limu beans have a cupping score of 80, meaning they can be called "100% specialty beans." Compared to other coffee brands, Moyee Coffee's coffee is of the highest quality.
